Rene and his team did entire building water plumbing replacement with copper. They were very professional and had good team to deliver the project on time. They missed one of the connections to be replaced and a quick call to Rene and he scheduled his team to replace with few days. There were 2 buildings and only one building were given to magnificent plumbing and looking back with their work ethics I should’ve give entire project to them.. I will contact them for future project.

This was the 3rd time using Magnificent Plumbing & Rooter and maybe the most impressive work they’ve done for us yet! Using the latest technology, video probs and snakes that grind tree roots to clear the path of our sewer system. Plus they installed a new toilet for us that will definitely help our situation in the future with a much better flush than our out of date old toilet! True professionals in their field! Magnificent Plumbing is awesome! I am a repeat customer. Just today, I received their help to unclog our main sewer line. Earlier this year in Jan, they also fixed a plumbing issue too. The Magnificent team were great. They came out on very short notice to replace our water heater which had failed. They took the time to ask questions, and then quickly got to work. The job was done neatly and they did a great job explaining the new water heater features to me afterward.

I found Magnificent Plumbing by carefully reading reviews and requested a quote from them for a guest bath remodel. I was acting as my own general contractor and had already purchased most of the hardware from fixtures to vanity and shower door to toilet. The existing faucet plumbing was to be changed out to accept a double vanity sink and I arranged for them to do the rough-in so that other cosmetic work from sheet rock to baseboards and flooring could proceed. When we were ready for the final installations to go forward I called them back to make a date for the work to be completed.
Firstly, Magnificent got my business because they were willing to install my counter tops and sinks and the other plumber that was in the running didn’t offer that service.
Second, Rene was very good at explaining exactly what each portion of the job would cost and how I would be billed due to the time lag in between the rough-in to the final finishing installations. Their price was very competitive, especially given the extra services rendered. I was warned well ahead of time of potential problem areas that could’ve ended up adding to the total cost such as possible leaks in the drain to tub and shower control valve. There were no surprises!
In every step of this job Magnificent (support staff and plumbers) were professional, prompt to respond to any of my questions, always returned my phone calls and did exactly what was required to finish the job to my exacting standards! They were neat and clean and were respectful of my property.
I will be calling Magnificent again after the first of the year for a planned master bath remodel!

Rene and crew did a great job with performing a trenchless sewer line replacement with minimal disturbance to the landscaping and no broken concrete. They handled all communication with the city, including permits, and were able to do the work without my involvement. As a courtesy, Sergio hydro-jetted the storm water line to help unclog a drain in the atrium. They provided a lower cost than the competition while also providing great service. They are truly magnificent.
