Magnificent indeed. Life savers.
Pipe going to my heater started to leak on a Saturday. Called a few places around and soonest appointment was Monday, which obviously is not going to work.
Magnificent was able to send someone in 20 minutes. Job done in 30 minutes or so.

Transparent pricing, clear communication, and quality service. Called, and was able to easily schedule a free estimate for a CCTV inspection, and from there was able to coordinate the work. I especially value their timelines as I needed to also coordinate with Castro Valley sanitation (CVSan) to ensure the inspector would also be there at the time of work.

Contacted them yesterday and they were available today at 1pm. They arrived on time and determined all I needed was to tighten a loose screw. Didn't charge me and was very professional. I had several plumbers within my contact list and all of them have been deleted, but Magnificent Plumbing. Great experience!

From the positive reviews on Yelp, I reached out to inquire about replacing the valves inside the toilet tank. Julio arrived as scheduled and assessed that the parts & repairs would cost half as what a new more energy efficient toilet would cost because the toilet was positioned under a counter top and would need to be pulled out. The toilet was over 25 yrs old and would I like to take advantage of a promotion for a new Toto toilet. The price was right for me so I agreed. Julio and a co-worker returned as scheduled the following day for the installation that was excellent! I highly recommend this company!

WHY WASTE YOUR TIME?!? Call MAGNIFICENT ASAP!!!! I am a realtor and needed a sewer and pipe inspection done for the house my clients are closing on. They answered and set an appointment with me in 4th of July! Awesome points for that. Showed up and knocked out the work. Renee, the technician we were blessed with was extremely knowledgeable and respectful about being clean in and out of the house. Airdropped me videos asap and gave detailed explanations about any issues we did see. I really appreciate Magnificent Plumbing and hope to work with them again soon.

My water heater broke down over the weekend. On Sunday afternoon, I called the 24/7 help line. Connected with a staff member who scheduled me for an appointment first thing Monday morning. By 1 pm on Monday, my new water heater was installed and operating beautifully. The Magnificent Plumbing service men were prompt, polite and informative. I could not have asked for better and more timely customer service. Great company!

We have worked with Magnificent Plumbing a few times and appreciate their prompt and thorough service!
Three years ago I had a plumber fix a leak under the sink. He surveyed our pipes and stated" all of your old pipes need to be replaced." I called Magnificent Plumbing for a second opinion.Renee, looked at our pipes and said " you're 86% good. . just some small recommendations".Magnificent has been our plumbing service ever since.This company is a gem. Renee and Edgar are skilled and reliable. Problems get fixed. Pricing is fair and reasonable.Good service. Good people.
Rene and crew did a great job with performing a trenchless sewer line replacement with minimal disturbance to the landscaping and no broken concrete. They handled all communication with the city, including permits, and were able to do the work without my involvement. As a courtesy, Sergio hydro-jetted the storm water line to help unclog a drain in the atrium. They provided a lower cost than the competition while also providing great service. They are truly magnificent.
Magnificent Plumbing is awesome! I am a repeat customer. Just today, I received their help to unclog our main sewer line. Earlier this year in Jan, they also fixed a plumbing issue too.I like them for following reasons:--Rene and their team are honest--Reliable--On time--Very responsiveRene is the owner and he's great. Magnificent Plumbing is one of my many vendors whom I can rely on day after day. They have a team of skilled plumbers who can do much more than just plumbing. I have used them for electrical, demolition, restoration, and sheetrock work. I know with Magnificent Plumbing the job will be completed in a timely manner and done right. The crew is responsible and communicate very well with myself and my Maintenace team. I am so happy to have found them.
Great job by the plumber. I was struggling hard to put a new toilet flange as was my fold toilet flange got rusted and then broken. I put a soft material around the PVC pipe and the screws were coming off and they are not holding strong to the basement. Plumber was very professional. Understood the problem and provided the exact solution that was needed for my problem.

They set my appointment according to my hectic schedule and, though they were a bit delayed from the time frame they offered, they called and texted to keep me updated. Upon arrival the technician was friendly and professional. He addressed our issue quickly and even checked out another plumbing issue we had in a different bathroom. I will definitely be calling Magnificent Plumbing if I have any other issue and letting my friends know too.
